Prevent Duplicate Submissions from 2 Relation Fields

As of now we can only prevent duplicate submission on single input fields. It would be better to have a feature to prevent this from 2 relation fields.

Ability to revert changes after publishing

The fact that the form can only be previewed after publishing can lead to mistakes and messed up form behaviour. Therefore, having a revision history could be a massive life saver and improve peace of mind when trying out new features. I.e. we just upgraded to the new relationship field functionality and now realise that there’s no way back. gulp!

Editing Existing Notion Database Records Via Pre-Filling Input Fields with Found Entry

If a record is found, pre-filling all the data in the fields would be a super nice way to allow our users to edit entries. I saw the article explaining you can kind of do this with a formula but this won't work for us. The idea here is this will be used as a new and separating team member form that managers fill out. And a form to just simply update employee info. This form once submitted will be sent to zapier via the zapier integration and different things will be provisioning or deprovisioned with zapier at that time. So editing after submission isn't really an option. Hope this use case makes sense and there is a way to do this.

Customize new form submission email subject using the fields from the form. The value will be entered on that any field will be used as part of the email subject as long as that field from the form is declared as part of the subject value. The email subject will become dynamic.

Rearranging is broken

I have been trying to create a form and the individual fields do not let me rearrange. I drag and drop to where I want them and they do not stay there and bounce back. It requires me to save the form, exit, then reload it to move fields around. This is incredibly annoying and makes me want to abandon the platform.

Hello, I created a form that sends data to a database in our Notion workspace. Everything works fine except for the photo submission (see attachment), where I get an "invalid file" message even though it’s a JPEG. I followed the procedure in the settings regarding photos via Noteforme. Could you please help me?

Dropdowns Field from Relational Database is not showing in Database View's EDIT/UPDATE RECORD

In order to reproduce this issue, you will have to create 3 database like below: 1. School Database 2. Students Database 3. Class Database Logic: - Students Database is connected to Forms (Create a new form > I already have a Notion Database) --- the link here is to be called "Student Registration Form"- Student Database is linked to School Database via "Relation" property. - Student Database is linked to Class Database via "Relation" property. - A unique link of students for each school is created through Database View > Dynamic Filtering, where Allow Update Record is turned on --- this is to be called "Student List View"- Student can register their own information through Student Registration Form selecting which School and Class they want to register. - School, through the unique link, can view the Students that have registered and to which Class they registered to. Issue: The dropdown of Class List connected to the Class Database is showing in the Student Registration Form, however, when accessed through the Edit button in the Student List View, the dropdown doesn't show anything, hence it is not possible for School to edit the Class of each student when Class changes is necessary.
