Customize new form submission email subject using the fields from the form. The value will be entered on that any field will be used as part of the email subject as long as that field from the form is declared as part of the subject value. The email subject will become dynamic.

I cannot emphasise enough how absolutely vital (and basic) this feature is.

Why just the subject?
Being able to merge fields into the message body would allow us to create, among others, EmaiL Verification Link Auto-Replies!
Example:
“Thanks for your message.
Click below to confirm/verify that you’re not a bot / your email address:
[link]”

ACM: because there are some instance that some users want a subject that would identify what an email is about like for what name, a certain word, or etc. It is something for some purpose.
