Use DB Field as a Public Filter

Allow the view to offer a field by which a person coming to the view can easily filter by with a dropdown. I could then provide a filtered view of an organization I'm working with and then they could further filter by sales rep by using a drop down to only see certain sales rep information. Then I don't have to create a view per sales rep and send to them.
