Target individual blocks and input fields with CSS

We need the multi-line input fields to occasionally be higher than your default to prompt the user visually that longer text is required. The bottom-right drag handles are great while entering text, but from a UI pov, sometimes textarea inputs need to be visually higher.

We would either need your custom CSS to work using the ID selector, or to set custom classes (preferred solution) for blocks and input fields.
