Problems with date+time

Our employees do their holiday request, which goes into a calendar also if its accepted. The problem now is: Time is turned of, so you can only choose days without time but anyway a timestamp will be sent to notion also. Seems it’s the time when the form was sent. The time shouldn’t be there cause in calendar-views this holidays starting and ending sometimes in the middle of some days.
