I have several forms that I recently updated with the new relation structure and the issue appears across all forms. Here’s an example:

The relation field search is simply not working – I have it set to search based on “Full Course Name” field, but when I search text that I know exists for several entries, there are no results. If I set it to search on the Title field (default), search also fails. I’ve included several screenshots.

Perhaps it’s a search index issue, maybe that when the form structure was converted for the new relations, the fields weren’t indexed appropriately?

In any case, our faculty need to be able to search based on keywords for their course so this is a deal-breaker for me re-enabling the forms for the start of the semester.
