Forms are wider than the viewport - Helptext is noit wrapping

Dear Noteforms team!

One of our forms is displayed with a weird unintended extreme width. I think the problem is that the help text under the input fields does not wrap into multiple lines. This results in a super wide form which does not resize responsively.

Please take a look at this as sson as possible as we very much rely on this form to work properly. Thanks for taking a look and fixing the bug.
