Ability to limit "date" requests

One thing I would like to see from NoteForms is the ability to limit what days of the week users can enter for the “date” field. We use NoteForms to help book equipment pickup, but since our business isn’t open on weekends or outside of certain hours, it would be awesome to be able to prevent people from picking times outside our days/hours (even accidentally) for equipment pickup!
