Default Time entry + défaut option + notification + template

If it could be possible to :

• Edit by default a Time entry to "today" or "now" every Time someone create a response

• Also to select for each form an option by default from a database's selection

  Exemple : I want to share a feedback form for my editing clients, so the selection of my type of work is by default "editing", but I can duplicate the form for "coaching" clients, and have "coaching" selected by default, etc.

• Have notifications for every New entry from the form

• Also setup a form and let it with a template I wanna share or sell, so people could have a form already setup from their template (and connected to it)
