We just updated NotionForms with better text descriptions. You can now add links, feature title, lists.. etc.

We also added custom blocks, which are new form elements that can be added anywhere in your forms. The first custom block we release with the text block, which allows you to add text blocks anywhere on the form, including between your questions!
